Crystal Vision is a 3 week online group coaching program designed to help you release stagnant energy, realign with your highest-self, and create a crystal clear vision for 2021. The program consists of 3 weekly meditations held on Sundays at 5pm PST via Zoom (starting Jan 3rd), and daily group coaching and exercises via Voxer. It's time to step into your power, cultivate confidence in your vision, and make 2021 your best year yet!

About the facilitator: Sheldan Chitwood is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200 and Yoga Nidra instructor. Furthermore, she is a certified practitioner of Reiki and Deeksha. Sheldan is known for her nurturing and heart-centered teaching style. She aims to encourage students and clients to tune into their inner peace, and take a moment of pause to connect with their highest-self and deepest desires. Passionate about utilizing movement as medicine, she’s also been an active hoop dancer for six years, utilizing her time within the sacred circle to connect with her breath and guide her to the deepest parts of her soul. Her interest in movement and dance is closely related to her love for music and has led to her exploration of sound therapy. Through the use of various esoteric instruments, she aims to support practitioners through their healing journey and open their minds to abundant, radical self-love.
