About the Event

Are you ready to experience a deeper connection with your body, your sensuality, and your pelvic floor muscles?

If you are ready to empower yourself through sexual health education, and awaken your sexual energy to experience even more pleasure in life- this is your workshop.

Combining the science of evidence-based research with the spirituality of yoga and embodiment practice, you will feel empowered to confidently explore your sexuality.

Setting the mood with cacao as an aphrodisiac and heart-opening plant-medicine, we create a safe space to embrace your emotions and let them flow.

With yoga, embodiment practices, and sexual health education, you’ll feel a shift when you learn what your own body and your own vagina are capable of!

This workshop is centered around body movement and education, but you’ll leave with plenty of techniques to try at home.


1-2pm: Cacao Ceremony

Enjoy a vegan cacao aphrodisiac plant-medicine drink to open your heart and awaken your sexual energy. Practice mindful listening and open-heart sharing to express the things that society may tell us otherwise. In a safe & supportive space, we’ll discuss sensuality and what it means to us.

2-3pm: Punani Power Yoga

This unique yoga flow teaches us to use our pelvic floor muscles to experience even more sexual satisfaction… we call it “punani power” for a reason! This is an all-levels, fun, and uplifting yoga flow.

3-4pm: Orgasmic Health Education

Take a deep-dive into the physical and energetic anatomy of all types of orgasms! You will absolutely learn something new with pleasure-inclusive sex ed that you probably should have been taught a while ago.

4-5pm: Connection Exercises + Restorative Yoga

With a whole new group of besties, we’ll practice connection exercises where we’ll learn to fully receive love and fully give love. Ground back into your own body with sweet restorative yoga poses, to find a state of deep relaxation and renewed energy.

What to wear:

Wear something that makes you feel sexy & alive that you feel comfortable doing yoga in. (aka: your sexiest yoga pants with your favorite jewelry- or whatever floats your boat) The practice of adorning yourself and showing up sexy to worship your body will feel real good ;)

What to bring:

Bring your own yoga mat, and a water bottle

What you’ll get:

You’ll receive a workbook with everything you’ve learned! There is space to write notes in this workbook, but if you’d like to write more please bring your journal.

We’ll provide a delicious vegan cacao drink to start the workshop. Please let us know of any food allergies!
