This gathering will focus on the art of listening, consciously.

Each session will start with a powerful breathwork exercise led by Xitlali. Discussion topics will be set before each session but are open to change and flow with the energy of the group.

Do you feel like no matter what you do you are still not able to communicate (with certain people) effectively? Have you ever listened to someone speak only to have no idea what they just said? Do you forget peoples names soon after they introduce themselves?  Do your conversations often take a left turn and end up on a completely different topic?
